Do You Do Consultations?

ABSOLUTLEY! You must have an appointment and then we will discuss all your

possibilites. Consultations can range from 30min- 2hours. Price for consult is 15-75.00.

We will come up with your desired style,color, extensions, sisterlocks, traditional locs etc.

In most cases your fee will be deducted from your first scheduled appointment.

Appointment Cancellations

* Consultations and hair appointments are not able to be cancelled but you are more than

welcome to reschedule 1 time with at least a 24hour notice. If you do not give appropriate notice this may result in loss of any deposits and appointment time

Can Family/friends/kids Come To My Consultation/ Hair Appointment?

* do to our limited space we ask that only you come to your appointment. This is time for you and I to have beauty time …PEACE Please ask about our “Natural Hair Talk”…we can have lots of talk with girlfriends and hair, boyfriends can come too.!!

Do You Take Deposits?

ABSOLUTLEY! Any hair service over $100.00 dollars does require at least a $50.00 deposit.

at the time appointment is made. You can do this over the phone or make a credit card payment over the phone. *consultation/deposit fees are non-refundable but can be recheduled

Do You Carry Products?

* We carry a variety of Natural Hair Care Products which include

but not limited to Miss Jessies, Sisterlock, Design Essentials, Nu Expressions,

Taliah Wajjidd etc. also hair accessories

Return Policy

* Note that all sales are final. Natural Roots Styling Studio will accept in-salon exchange only on unopened and unused merchandise within 3 days of the purchase date. We offer a full consultation on any products prior to you purchasing.
